Refund Policy

1. Contributions are voluntary
Sparrow is free for every child. One-time and monthly contributions are voluntary gifts that help us keep the service free. You never need to pay to use Sparrow.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, billing, and refund processing.
3. Refund window
If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 30 days of a contribution. We'll honour reasonable refund requests within this window for both one-time and monthly contributions.
4. Cancelling monthly support
You can cancel monthly support at any time from your profile under Support Sparrow. Cancelling stops future charges immediately. A refund of the most recent monthly charge can be requested within the 30-day window above.
5. How to request a refund
Manage your purchase or request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the receipt emailed to you, or contact us via the support page or support.sparrow@sirppi.ai and we'll help.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days to appear.
